
- Do not drink water from the same water bottle during the game or training. Always use a personalised water bottle and do not exchange other items (towels, socks, shin guards etc.) with other players.
- Avoid eating food in the changing room.
- Keep your personalised items and clothes in your bag and avoid leaving them exposed in the changing rooms or at training.
- Throw paper handkerchiefs or other materials like plasters, bandages etc. immediately into the appropriate disposal bin.
- Wash your hands thoroughly, as often as possible. Hand washing and disinfection are essential to prevent infections. Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds and then dry them with a disposal towel after rinsing them thoroughly. If soap and water are not available, you can also use a hand disinfectant based on 60% alcohol.
- Do not touch your eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands.
- Cover your mouth and nose with a handkerchief or with your arm, but NOT with your hand if you have a cough or sneeze.
- Players who show obvious symptoms of respiratory infection and/or fever before, during or after training must immediately leave the rest of the team and isolate themselves if possible and inform the club’s CO, if necessary if further steps must be taken.
- Players must inform the CO or club officials if there has been any contact, either personally ie within the family with persons who have returned from risk areas or quarantine or have been quarantined or tested positive or have been in a risk area themselves.
- Clubs should have automatic dispensers with disinfectant and cleaning solutions in the locker rooms and toilets of the club.
- Clubs should have sanitiser at all training sessions and matches.
- The club shall ensure that tables, benches, chairs, hangars, floors, taps, handles and toilets are regularly disinfected.
- Clubs must limit the presence of people in the changing room to a few specific authorised persons in order to limit the number of accesses as much as possible.
- The CO must pay particular attention to the medical history and above all the taking of temperature before each training session and before each match for all team personnel coaches and players. The CO must ensure and document before each match and training session that no sick person/s take part in the match or training or are in the team’s vicinity.
- The League and clubs should limit access to the field of play as far as possible to those personnel who are strictly necessary to carry out the training or match.
- All equipment to be sanitised before/after practices and match day.
- During Match day – only Officials must sit on the bench. Players will sit on the stands.
- Mask must be worn at all times (except when playing or training)
TEAM ARRIVAL AT FIELD – MATCH DAY
Prior to arrival – BEFORE the team departs to match venue, CO must do screening, sanitize and complete daily screening form.
Team Arrival at venue – CO must hand in completed Daily screening form to the LFA Compliance Officer.
LFA Compliance Officer will do the screening (Temperature and sanitizing).
Screening form to be kept on records.
Team Officials and Players must walk in a straight 1 meter between each other to the Dressing Rooms
Team Officials and Players Must wear mask at all times except when playing and training.
Covid 19 signage must be visible at the venue.
DRESSING ROOMS
Both Dressing Rooms must have Hand Sanitizer station.
Players and Officials must sanitize their hands before they walk through to the playing field.
Players CANNOT use the showers in the Dressing Rooms.
Players must leave as soon as possible after the completion of their match.
NO SPECTATORS OR PARENTS ARE ALLOWED
